How to use a 3D fixture table for better and quicker woking?

1. Choose a suitable work platform:

Choose a suitable 3D welding platform according to the size and shape of the product. For example, sheet metal and small steel structures mostly use D16 series welding tables; large steel structures and heavy machinery industries mostly use D28 series welding tables.

2. Configure the corresponding fixtures:

Choose the corresponding accessories according to the shape, size and complexity of the workpiece. When the platform cannot meet the size of the workpiece, support parts such as U-shaped square boxes, L-shaped square boxes, and support angle irons can be used for expansion and extension.

3. Quick assembly and positioning:

Using the modular design and standard hole system of the platform, the various accessories can be quickly assembled into the required tooling, and accurately positioned by quick locking pins.

4. Welding and assembly:

After positioning and clamping, welding operations can be carried out. Due to the high precision and stability of the modular welding tables and accessories, welding quality can be ensured and work efficiency can be improved
